BlackRock offers the following specialized programs:

  • SEO Lunch & Learn Series: An interactive session that provides our SEO interns with an overview of the day-to-day responsibilities within each of BlackRock’s business areas.
  • Business & Professional Development Workshop for Women Student Leaders: A workshop for high-potential college juniors, seniors and graduate students --all leaders in student organizations -- offering practical ideas and advice on professional development, career advancement and the critical skills necessary to remain competitive in today’s business world.
  • Business Reception for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s):  An annual business networking event for HBCU summer interns working within Financial Services firms in the NYC area.  Students have the opportunity to hear about BlackRock’s service offerings, meet key business leaders and network with our employees.
  • Career Exploration Workshop: Hosted in London, this educational and inspiring workshop introduces female students to the Financial Services industry and the various career options available at firms such as BlackRock.  The event features presentations from senior managers, interactive group discussions and a trading game.
